Returns & Exchanges Policy – dnb family

We want you to love what you order from us. If there’s a problem with your item, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Custom-Made Items (T-Shirts & Other Print-on-Demand Products)

All of our T-shirts are printed on demand and made specifically for you. This means they are classified as personalised/custom-made items under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and are exempt from the standard 14-day return and cancellation rights. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

    Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 daysof delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Custom Items

For non-custom items, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at info@dnbfamily.chat with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)

    We aim to respond within 2 business days with next steps.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us confirming your return or replacement request.
